Mr. Bailey has 36 years’ experience in planning mid-sized to small estates, using sophisticated planning techniques.
Legal problems arising out of family disputes can be confusing and fraught with emotional issues. They are also difficult to manage without a perceptive lawyer who employs tactful yet vigorous representation. Our goal is to work with clients to understand the unique problems each situation brings. Mr. Bailey works tirelessly to understand and address the client’s situation, goals, and needs.

Mr. Bailey is skilled at negotiating settlements and when settlement is not possible, trained and practiced at litigating cases.
